The company operates in three business units: PepsiCo Americas Foods (PAF); PepsiCo Americas Beverages (PAB); and PepsiCo International. In February 2010, the firm completed the merger of The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. and PepsiAmericas, Inc. with wholly-owned subsidiary Pepsi-Cola Metropolitan Bottling Company, Inc.
